“How long does your program take each day?”
In the first two months, you’ll be spending 15-25 minutes a day doing your new movement routine.
After the first two months, your movement routines and schedule will change based on what helps you move and feel better.
Every member’s schedule is different based on what their body responds best to so everyone is going to have different time requirements. As you work your way through the program and phases, you’ll gradually learn longer more robust routines that range roughly anywhere from 30-60 minutes a day.
“How many days a week do I do it?”
I’ve designed this program to help you develop the habit of being consistent.
