Cancellation & Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident about your purchase, which is why we offer a free workshops or free trials to help you explore the program before committing. Our program is self-guided, and due to the introductory access, free workshops and free content we already provide, we do not issue refunds if you decide you don’t want to do the program. Once you begin a paid subscription, only our 72-hour refund window and Medical Exception provisions apply. If you’re unsure whether this method and program are right for you, please take advantage of the introductory trials or join us in a free workshop to make an informed decision.
1. 72-Hour Refund Window
- Full Refund Eligibility: We offer a full refund on any charge within 72 hours (3 days) of the transaction.
- How to Request: Contact our support team within 72 hours (3 days) of your recent charge to initiate a refund request.
2. Cancellation
- Cancel Any Time: You can cancel your membership at any time for any reason.
- Ongoing Access: If you cancel mid-billing cycle, you retain access to the program until the end of that billing cycle.
- No Prorated Refunds: Your membership grants you access to our programs, support systems and resources. Similar to other subscription services (e.g., Netflix, cell phone plans, etc.), you pay for access—whether or not you choose to use it. As a result, we do not issue partial or prorated refunds once a billing cycle has started, unless you qualify for a Medical Exception (see below).
3. Medical Exceptions
- Eligibility: If a qualified healthcare professional directs you to discontinue or avoid participating in a fitness program for medical reasons, you may be eligible for a prorated refund.
- Required Documentation: Please provide a signed note or letter from your doctor or another accredited healthcare provider indicating you are unable to continue the program.
- Case-by-Case Review: Our team will assess each request individually to ensure fairness for all members.
