Guarantee & Refund Policy
If you purchased any of our Products and do not feel like we are a good fit for you within the first 30 days login to your account and cancel your subscription, then email our membership team at [email protected] to receive a refund. You must cancel your subscription before it renews to avoid billing of the next month’s subscription fee to the Payment Method you provided.
If you purchased any of our Products with a trial period, meaning you have already tried our Product to see if we are a good fit, you have until the end of the trial to cancel and avoid any charges. We will not offer a 30 day money-back guarantee on top of a trial period.
*Anyone who purchased The Movement Program before April 13, 2023, is privileged to our 90-day ‘Right Track Guarantee.’ Please email our team if you’d like a copy of this guarantee, as it’s no longer in our Terms and Conditions in an effort to streamline our operations.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
This only applies to members who have a subscription.
You may cancel a “Monthly” subscription at any time. Cancellation is effective at the end of the applicable monthly period. Please make any such cancellations by logging in to the program and canceling your subscription prior to the next billing cycle. Refunds cannot be claimed for any partial-month subscription period.
You may cancel a “Yearly” subscription plan at any time. Cancellation is effective at the end of the applicable annual period. Please make any such cancellations by logging in to the program and canceling your subscription prior to the next billing cycle. Refunds cannot be claimed for any partial-year subscription period.
You will be sent an email reminder five (5) days leading up to your automatic renewal date, reminding you that your subscription is about to renew in five (5) days and to cancel your subscription if you do not wish to continue on. To ensure the proper processing of any cancellations in a timely manner and accurately, we do not accept cancellation requests through email. You must cancel your account through the program.
