The Pelvic Alignment Workshop

A free online workshop for people who’ve been told their pelvis is “out,” “rotated,” or “tilted” — and want to understand what that actually means and what to do about it.

If you’ve heard that your pelvis is misaligned, tilted, or uneven, this workshop will help you understand what pelvic alignment really is, why chasing a “perfect” pelvis rarely gives lasting relief, and how to work with your pelvis and low back in a calmer, more sustainable way.

The bigger picture

Your pain may not be just a “misalignment problem.”

Most pelvic-pain advice focuses on structure:

Your tilt.Your rotation.Your SI joint.Your leg length.Your posture.Your core.

And of course, your structure matters. But when pain lasts for months or years, changes from day to day, or keeps coming back no matter how many times you get “realigned,” there may be more going on than a pelvis that’s a few degrees off.

Your nervous system may be playing a bigger role than you’ve been told.

That does not mean your pain is fake. It means your body may be stuck in a cycle of pain, fear, guarding, and sensitivity — and that cycle can begin to change.

That’s what this free workshop is about.

What we’ll do

In this free workshop, you’ll learn.

01

What “pelvic misalignment” actually means — and what the research says about anterior tilt, rotation, and leg-length differences.

02

Why a pelvis that looks “off” on an assessment isn’t always the cause of your pain.

03

How posture, breathing, and the muscles around the pelvis and low back fit into the bigger picture.

04

A gentle movement practice to help you find and hold a more comfortable, supported pelvic position.

05

How fear of “moving wrong” can keep the area tight and guarded — and how to begin to let that go.

06

How to build a simple daily approach instead of endlessly chasing the perfect adjustment.

Who it’s for

If any of these sound like you.

You’ve been told your pelvis is tilted, rotated, or “out of alignment.”

You have low-back, hip, or SI-joint pain that comes and goes.

You’ve tried adjustments, stretches, or corrective exercises without lasting change.

You feel like you’re constantly trying to “fix” your posture.

You want to understand your body instead of fearing it.

Before you commit

This is not a high-pressure challenge.

No pushing through pain.

No chasing the “perfect” posture.

No pressure to feel a dramatic result by the end.

This is a calm, educational workshop to help you understand your pelvis differently, reduce fear around movement, and begin rebuilding trust in your body without forcing it to prove it is okay.

Inside the workshop

What to expect.

You’ll be guided through a clear teaching session, a calmer way to understand pelvic pain and alignment, and a gentle movement practice you can use to begin reconnecting with your pelvis and low back.

The goal is not to force your pelvis into a perfect position.

The goal is to understand what your body may be protecting against — and how to start working with it instead of against it.

The workshop will be about 90 minutes and will include:

45 min

Education to help you understand pelvic pain and alignment through the body, movement, and nervous system.

10 min

Simple movement check-ins and assessments.

25 min

Gentle pelvis- and low-back-focused movement practice.

10 min

Post-movement reflection, live Q&A, and next steps.

Set yourself up

What you’ll need.

For the movement portion, we’ll be getting down on the ground to do the exercises.

Please plan to have:

  • A comfortable place to lay down.
  • A little room around you to move.
  • A yoga block, if you have one.
  • A simple couch pillow or bed pillow if you don’t have a yoga block.
  • A chair nearby, just in case you want extra support.

You don’t need anything fancy. Just make sure you have enough space to get on the ground comfortably and move at your own pace.

After years of treatments that did not give him the answers he needed, Vinny began searching for a different way to understand pain, movement, and the body. That path led him to become a Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Posture Alignment Specialist, and certified in Pain Reprocessing Therapy.

Today, Vinny has helped more than 15,000 people learn how to work with their bodies in a calmer, nervous-system-informed way — without forcing, pushing, or ignoring pain.

This workshop is designed to give you a clearer way to understand your pelvis and a safer place to begin.
